مَنwhoكَسَرَbrokeالأَصنامَ؟the-statues

بائِعُsellerالأَصنامِthe-statues

قَبْلَbeforeأيّامٍdaysكَثيرَةٍ.manyكَثيرَةٍmanyجِدًّا.very

كَانَwasفِيinقَرْيَةٍvillageرَجُلٌmanمَشْهُورٌfamousجِدًّا.very

وَكَانَand-wasاسْمُnameهَذَاthisالرَّجُلِthe-manآزَرَ.Aazar

وَكَانَand-wasآزَرُAazarيَبِيعُsellالأَصْنَامَ.the-statues

وَكَانَand-wasفِيinهَذِهِthis-Fالقَرْيَةِthe-villageبَيْتٌhouseكَبِيرٌbigجِدًّا.very

وَكَانَand-wasفِيinهَذَاthisالبَيْتِthe-houseأَصْنَامٌ،statuesأَصْنَامٌstatuesكَثِيرَةٌmanyجِدًّا.very

وَكَانَand-wasالنَّاسُthe-peopleيَسْجُدُونَprostrate-theyلِهَذِهِto-this-Fالأَصْنَامِ.the-statues

وَكَانَand-wasآزَرُAazarيَسْجُدُprostrateلِهَذِهِto-this-Fالأَصْنَامِ.the-statues

وَكَانَand-wasآزَرُAazarيَعْبُدُworshipهَذِهِthis-Fالأَصْنَامَ.the-statues

The Son of Aazar

وَلَدُsonآزَرَAazar

وَكَانَand-wasآزَرُAazarلَهُhas-heوَلَدٌsonرَشِيدٌ،righteousرَشِيدٌrighteousجِدًّا.very

وَكَانَand-wasاسْمُnameهَذَاthisالوَلَدِthe-sonإِبْرَاهِيمَ.Abraham

وَكَانَand-wasإِبْرَاهِيمُAbrahamيَرَىseeالنَّاسَthe-peopleيَسْجُدُونَprostrate-theyلِلأَصْنَامِ.to-the-statues

وَيَرَىand-watchالنَّاسَthe-peopleيَعْبُدُونَworship-theyالأَصْنَامَ.the-statues

وَكَانَand-wasإِبْرَاهِيمُAbrahamيَعْرِفُknowأَنَّthatالأَصْنَامَthe-statuesحِجَارَةٌ.stones

وَكَانَand-wasيَعْرِفُknowأَنَّthatالأَصْنَامَthe-statuesلَاNEGتَتَكَلَّمُspeakوَلَاand-NEGتَسْمَعُ.listen

وَكَانَand-wasيَعْرِفُknowأَنَّthatالأَصْنَامَthe-statuesلَاNEGتَضُرُّharmوَلَاand-NEGتَنْفَعُ.benefit

وَكَانَand-wasيَرَىwatchأَنَّthatالذُّبَابَthe-flyيَجْلِسُsitعَلَىonالأَصْنَامِthe-statuesفَلَاbut-NEGتَدْفَعُ.repel

وَكَانَand-wasيَرَىwatchالفَأرَthe-mouseتَأْكُلُeatطَعَامَfoodالأَصْنَامِthe-statuesفَلَاbut-NEGتَمْنَعُ.prevent

وَكَانَand-wasإِبْرَاهِيمُAbrahamيَقُولُsayفِيinنَفْسِهِ:self-hisلِمَاذَاwhyيَسْجُدُprostrateالنَّاسُthe-peopleلِلأَصْنَامِ؟!to-the-statues

وَكَانَand-wasإِبْرَاهِيمُAbrahamيَسْأَلُaskنَفْسَهُ:self-hisلِمَاذَاwhyيَسْأَلُaskالنَّاسُthe-peopleالأَصْنَامَ؟!the-statues

The Advice of Abraham

نَصِيحَةُadviceإِبْرَاهِيمَAbraham

وَكَانَand-wasإِبْرَاهِيمُAbrahamيَقُولُsayلِوَالِدِهِ:to-son-his

يَاOأَبِي،father-myلِمَاذَاwhyتَعْبُدُworshipهَذِهِthis-Fالْأَصْنَامَ؟!!the-statues

وَيَاand-Oأَبِيfather-myلِمَاذَاwhyتَسْجُدُprostrateلِهَذِهِto-this-Fالْأَصْنَامِ؟!!the-statues

وَيَاand-Oأَبِيfather-myلِمَاذَاwhyتَسْأَلُaskهَذِهِthis-Fالْأَصْنَامَ؟!!the-statues

إِنَّindeedهَذِهِthis-Fالْأَصْنَامَthe-statuesلَاNEGتَتَكَلَّمُspeakوَلَاand-NEGتَسْمَعُ!listen

وَإِنَّand-indeedهَذِهِthis-Fالْأَصْنَامَthe-statuesلَاNEGتَضُرُّharmوَلَاand-NEGتَنْفَعُ!benefit

وَلِأَيِّand-for-whichشَيْءٍthingتَضَعُyou putلَهَاfor-themالطَّعَامَthe-foodوَالشَّرَابَ؟!!and-the-drinks

وَإِنَّand-indeedهَذِهِthis-Fالْأَصْنَامَthe-statuesيَاOأَبِيfather-myلَاNEGتَأْكُلُthey eatوَلَاand-NEGتَشْرَبُ!they drink

وَكَانَand-wasآزَرُAazarيَغْضَبُbecomes angryوَلَاand-NEGيَفْهَمُ.understands

وَكَانَand-wasإِبْرَاهِيمُAbrahamيَنْصَحُadvisesلِقَوْمِهِ،to-nation-hisوَكَانَand-wasالنَّاسُthe-peopleيَغْضَبُونَbecome angry-theyوَلَاand-NEGيَفْهَمُونَ.understand-they

قَالَsaidإِبْرَاهِيمُ:AbrahamأَنَاIأَكْسِرُI breakالْأَصْنَامَthe-statuesإِذَاifذَهَبَwentالنَّاسُ،the-peopleوَحِينَئِذٍand-thenيَفْهَمُunderstandالنَّاسُ.the-people
